What you’ll need

  • 2 cups (480 mL) sugar

  • 1 cup (240 mL) water

  • Fresh lemon juice

Steps

  1. Combine sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly

  2. Take off the heat, and add a splash of lemon juice

  3. Allow the mixture to cool, and then store it in a sealed container until you need it!
